Unsafe & Unsanitary
November 8, 2022I’ve lived here for months and cigarette and marijuana smoke from my neighbors apartment comes into my apartment. Instead of resolving the issue the property management has claimed there is no evidence. I have communication they are aware of the issue but will not do anything about it. Additionally, you must pay for trash service but it will sit outside your unit for days while the vermin tear it apart. Finally, there are bugs in the unit constantly, in the pool, and other common areas.Property Manager Responded

August 6, 2020My fiancé and I just recently moved to Florida and fell in love with The Atlantic Palms. This was a first time renting a place and Lindsey in the office was amazing! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the property. Every time I had a question and called she would answer it immediately.
