      Management is Horrible!!

      Completely unacceptable experience. Residents are charged for valet trash services even when the vendor routinely fails—missing scheduled pickups, leaving no notice, and showing a clear disregard for service standards. Management refuses to properly investigate complaints and instead chooses to assess arbitrary fees without proof or accountability. On top of that, tenants pay to live in a "secured community", yet the security gate is broken more often than it functions — with no courtesy credits ...
      or adjustments ever offered. It's clear that residents are expected to pay for services that are either unreliable or completely unavailable. This is not just unprofessional, it's dishonest and reflects serious mismanagement. The priority here is clearly profit over tenant satisfaction or basic fairness. I strongly advise anyone considering living here to think twice.

      This complex continues to raise rent even though the property continuously switches management which now is under someone who is rude and does not work with the apartment community, the gate is always broken, trash and furniture in the parking lots, pool is only open for a season and nothing major is changing for a price increase. Our Courtesy Officer is making rounds, we have ordered additional and upgraded cameras (pending installation), and we have asked the community to assist us by providing any details about what you may see or hear. We have reached out to the S. Fulton Police Dep to request additional patrols. We encourage residents to reach out to them as well. We very much care and take seriously any incidents that occur in our community and make sure to notify residents promptly when anything is brought to our attention. Ultimately, the local law enforcement is who is responsible for serving our community and if you feel that they are not meeting expectations, please file a formal complaint with them.       I can not speak about these apartments while being under management by the previous owner. However, Atlantic River West staff and presentation is by far the best I’ve seen. Mrs. Bobbi is phenomenal, she stay in touch with me during my process. It’s always nice to meet someone who has your best interest and is willing to help during your transition.       MGT changed 3 times in my year lease, not only that my payments were missing so basically someone stole my rent at office or misplaced it however my bal wasnt cleared until i showed them the western union money orders receipts their logo printed receipts given to me by leasing agent wasnt good enough .. neighbors bbq in front of the breezeways, drive super fast thru complex as well .. there a gnat ant infestation .. & the landscaping is very poor i was in a rush moving here but if i could renew ...

      The upkeep of the property is horrible: mailboxes broken, trash bin houses local cats and property is very old. The foundation is cracked in master bedroom and living area. Unprofessional staff and uncertified maintenance guy that got caught smoking weed. Can’t wait til my lease is up!

      If you like to live in a horrible roach infested place then this is the place for you. They ga e me the wrong apartment when I first moved in. They lied about 24/7 maintenance. It takes weeks for them to come fix something as simple as a refrigerator strip so the door can close and you food doesn't spoil. Then they never answer the phone. The office people are rude as all get out. The pool is cleaning once a week yet it's freaking dirty with green and clack stuff growing in it. You can't get ...
      through to on call emergency maintenance to fix your broken AC. So good luck with the place but I don't recommend from the time you get in. If you can get in due to the gate never working.

      I stayed at Westchase September 2014-September 2015 and it was absolutely wonderful. It was my first apartment I got by myself. I loved all the ladies in the leasing office and maintenance was great. I really didn't want to move but I needed a two bedroom for my sister and I. I felt safe since the first night I moved in. The only thing I would change about the apartments is the color of the kitchen cabinets. The tenants would sometimes leave the trash outside the building and trash compactor but ...
      maintenance was out getting it the very next morning. The gates are usually working but some of the guest would break them because they couldn't tailgate the car in front of them leaving them to be open for a few days. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a safe, inexpensive, and quiet apartment complex. Praying I can get approved for their two bedroom.
