Not worth it

Absolutely the worst experience of my renters life
June 13, 2019Maintenance crews enter and leave every light in the apartment on all day. Moving and/or examining personal items they have no business moving. Staff is lazy, rude and act as if you were an undue burden on their lives. Trash is everywhere and they keep promising to get it under control and never accomplish it. The valet trash staff frequently misses days. The complex looks dirty and is not well maintained.Review from Apartments.com
Not good experience
October 15, 2016They charge too much when you vacate the apartment. I will Not recommend. If you still want to Move in, make sure that you take photos for each and every object when you move in and note down any damage you see. Check the counters, sinks, wooden frame below the sinks etc. Basically they expect you do a professional inspection when you move in. July 24, 2015This place is and has the best: everything you need is with in walking distance, like living downtown. Sushi, Starbucks, microbrewery, burgers, breakfast, yet quiet and secluded from the noise. The layout is spacious, stainless appliance, coolest dog park, an expresso bar, great exercise equipment, tanning bed & even a care care hut! The Picnic area, volleyball sand pit, resort style pool and cabana are top-notch and never crowded.Review from Apartments.com
