Horrible place
August 24, 2023My wife and I moved in with our 20lb dog and we were told it is a dog friendly place. This could not be more untrue. They do not monitor the pets nor do they clean up dog poop, which is all over. When we moved out after our full term of the lease (which we were happy to complete), we cleaned our unit and left it better than it was when we moved in. We even paid for a cleaning service. They not only took our deposit but now they want us to pay to replace carpet that was already used when we moved ...in. We have now been placed in collections with no recourse but to pay them. The collections agency that they are using continues to increase the amount to constantly update the amount of the collection. To sum it up; This dump of a place wants us to pay for new carpet in a unit that had used carpet in it, and they use bullying tactics to get what they want. Beware.Property Manager Responded

A BIG NO
July 20, 2023Poor management! Nothing ever gets repaired Parking lot is the local hangout during the late night hours. Maintenance man has lots of beer cans to pick up in the am hours. Instead of trying to assist residents with the many issues facing this ran down place the manager makes excuses and enjoys confrontation. The cheapest appliances and formica are used in the kitchen and baths. There is nothing upscale or luxury about this place. The location is good. If you work at the hospital however I ...stopped a few coworkers from even considering this place. It’s become a blacklisted place for many healthcare workers. I stayed 11 months! Beware of the Atlantic
September 13, 2019Overall pretty gross place to live. Mold in apartments, people leave their trash out and attracts RATS. You have to hold your breath to get into your apartment because trash will stay outside the entire weekend, bags leak and no one cleans the stains. Gates are for show, anyone can get in. Very sketchy place to live, attracts many questionable people that hang out there at all hours. Staff is mediocre at best, will not take you seriously. They do not hold this complex to any standard. Plus they ...will rob you when you move out for costs that are NOT justified. Pictures do not show any damage but manager herself says "We can argue about this all day, you can pay it or it goes to collections." This place is a joke. Since you lived in two (2) different apartments starting in June of 2016, you have already experienced the move-out process on one occasion and know the process. We document all damages digitally for legal purposes in the event that we need to prove the charges in a court of law. Additionally, you reviewed the photos we have on file from your most recent move-out which allowed you to verify the damages for which you were charged. Beautiful but very poor management
June 26, 2019Unfortunately this property does not live up to its beauty. Rude management and staff, fake security gates, mold, and noisy neighbors at all hours.Property Manager Responded

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with any issues you mention regarding our entry gates. We do not have security gates nor do we have the inherent maintenance issues that come with typical gates. There are many apartment communities which claim 'secure gate access'. Those gates are quite often broken or malfunction, resulting in maintenance expense which is passed back to their residents. Fortunately, we do not have that issue! The Atlantic at Tradition was awarded the Atlantic|Pacific Management Property of the Year Award for 2018. This award was a result of our professional on-site team providing exemplary service, day in and day out, to our residents. This team also has a member that was recognized as the Atlantic|Pacific Management 2018 Employee of the Year. No security or deterrent of trespassers
May 24, 2017Don't think that because our says luxury and has a faux gate that tag doesn't come after dark and wreck the area. Upwards of 20 teenagers come through the gates and make their way to the pool nightly. Management knows and does nothing to keep the area protected. The rent paid without having a security presence is robbery. Police are called frequently to run the kids off but management won't prosecute adj they return. My lease is up soon and I'll NEVER consider this place again. I wouldn't ...recommend you waste your time or money here unless you are the trash that keeps coming in at night.Property Manager Responded

We do have a courtesy officer who works closely with the property manager, who also lives onsite, in conjunction with the Port Saint Lucie Police Department to deter these kinds of activities. Individuals who are caught trespassing receive a trespassing warning, which is the maximum penalty allowed by law in this circumstance. While we cannot guarantee the safety or security of residents while onsite, we do offer vehicle access gates and other preventative measures to deter any criminal activity. Not a Luxury Apt.
March 15, 2016Apartments are extremely overrated. Billed as a luxury apartment the finishes inside are extremely basic or even cheap. Vinyl “woodlike” flooring is lifting in several places, laminate counters, the showerheads have to be the cheapest that could be found, and having garbage bags sitting outside doors is extremely tacky. You pay a lot for water (set amount added to the rent) and good luck getting enough hot water to finish your shower much less take a hot bath. Also, I prefer to choose my own ...internet as I could get a much higher speed for a lot less and good luck with TV channels. They have a preferred provider so you’re pretty much stuck with that company unless you’re lucky enough to have a unit facing the right way for satellite. Had this apartment not been billed as luxury I would have given a better review. The positives are that the whole rental process can be handled online (important as we were out of state), the management team was nice and quick to respond, and the maintenance team is also nice and responds quickly to service request. Would have been nice if more things could be fixed but that was more of a company policy than theirs. Renter beware
October 6, 2015Use caution if giving this complex any money for application and administrative fees. I needed to apply online because I lived out of state. I was told even though the property was offering waived application and admin fees ($450.00), I had to pay them because they did not know how to override the computer to waive the fees. I was assured that the money I paid would be credited to my first months rent or refunded if I did not take the apartment. I was unable to take the apartment and after 6 ...months I have only received $250.00 of the $450.00 I paid. Beauty in the suburbs.
September 2, 2015Due to an illness, we were forced to downsize. Leary about apartment sizes, locations and amenities, we looked in an area which supplied all of these. Atlantic at Tradition was beatiful on the outside and the apartments offered a rich luxurious living. Service as needed was readily available and easy to access. Pools, gyms, game area's and cinema oh my. All one could be looking for in a time that was proving difficult to deal with. Even visitors are impressed with what we have been offered ...for what we pay monthly. August 7, 2015Billed as a luxury apartment complex however once in the fans were very inexpensive, vinyl floors (Faux Wood) end on end seams lift up in a peak, initially unit was creating mildew through out the entire unit, for what you receive the complex is overpriced. We are not renewing our lease for several reasons one of which my wife is terminally ill so I am down sizing.Review from Apartments.com
