Not having lived in an apartment community in over 30 years, it's impossible for me to compare my experience to other properties. But my selecting of this community was based on value of size/rent price; plus I had talked to friends who had once lived here, or were familiar with this community...they gave me positive input. I'm comfortable in my apartment...the layout and size are very suitable to me.

Need to improve tenant communication. I call, spoke to someone and I place an order on the portal on December 27th 2024, concerning the heating problem. I frozed myself for a month. I got a small heater to keep me warm while someone fixed the heating issue. Finally it got fixed. I hope this problem doesn't happen again.

Tramore Village is a great place to live. Out of the few choices there were, they stood out the most between their staff, the cleanliness of the grounds, and how nice the neighborhood in general is. The maintenance crew is very responsive and gets around to your request fairly quickly. Being in the middle of all your shopping needs is the icing on top here.
If you'd like to have a nice quiet place to live with a community staff that cares about who lives in their buildings, this place is it.
