Recently there is new management, they increased the prices, charge you for maintenance that isn’t ur fault such as a faulty ac unit.. loud neighbors, smelly hallways sometimes and just rude front desk after you sign.. there has been mold and faulty things in the apartment that I did not notice right away because I was blinded by how nice it looks but when talking to the manager she was so rude and not helpful.. they took zero accountability.. how can you charge 100+ for maintenance problems yet ...
it is an apartment.. plus people have messed with my car so now I am always on edge. I do not recommend it for the price!!!

I used to love this apartment so much when I first visited here when the old management team was still there, everything just seems to be going downhill. Really hope they can make some improvements.

Reoccurring Mold / Management doesn’t care

The Aubrey management doesn’t care about their tenants. They have refused to reimburse my roommates and I of over $ 3,000 spent & losses on an air bnb and cleaning services after they didn’t detect a water leak from the AC for months, not to mention time lost and hassle experienced. The manager & corporate aren’t even trying to act like they care. There have been multiple accounts of mold growing in different apartments & the complex has had flooding & large pipes burst giving possibility that ...
the mold could be circulating through the entire HVAC system. The new manager consistently responds to concerns with fake sympathy and generic customer service responses rather than actually showing empathy and trying help the tenants in need. We had mold in our apartment for months due to their lack of maintenance on the AC, they removed our AC unit unannounced in August in Arizona while we were gone, misjudged the repair timeline & left us without a functioning bathroom for over 2 weeks after moving back in from the air bnb. After our renters insurance claiming that they are at fault for lack of maitenence they have refused to reimburse us a penny and have had terrible communication. The building is great, you just better hope you don’t have any damage after you sign that lease because if you do, you’re on your own. They don’t care at all.

Nice building with good amenities, however the last year 2 different management/company owners had changed, which has decreased the quality of living here, specially in prices and fees related. Hot Tub broken for over 2 months, renewal prices just ridiculous (over 600$ difference of what is currently posted) deposit fees increased to 1k!!

The Aubrey has been a great place to live for my first time in Arizona. The amenities are unmatched— I feel like I am on vacation every day in the pool area especially! Location is quiet but feels close to everything. I highly recommend The Aubrey as a luxury apartment complex.

The Aubrey has been a great apartment complex to live at for the 17 months I've been a resident. The exterior and interior are nice and luxurious, while the amenities are plentiful and large. Only issue we've experienced recently has been an inconsistency with the hot tub heater. While it usually hasn't been much of a concern, it's been working less often. The maintenance team did say they recently completed a major service of the hot tub, so I'm hoping the issues subside. This is a great complex ...
that is perfectly positioned for post-grad ASU alumni as you can get to almost anywhere in Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale (I'd say the three most common business city centers for recent grads). I recommend the complex to friends and coworkers due to the convenience, amenities, and quality of the complex. I'm just hoping a couple of the recurring maintenance issues are handled with better long-term success.

I've loved living at Broadstone Grand - the location is close to Tempe, Downtown, Scottsdale, and Sky Harbor, but far enough away that traffic and noise isn't a problem at all. The location is quiet (save for the airplane noise overhead), and very close to a lightrail station. So far staff have been helpful and courteous always. There is not enough guest parking, so if you have someone over, make plans for them to park in a nearby business's lot.
