      Extremely disappointed in not being notified about bills before the 1st. Extremely disappointed that the pool was closed all summer and still closed. The grills inside are non functional. We pay this money for all of these benefits and get absolutely none at all. I absolutely hate the online portal for rent payment. Constantly has things labeled wrong!! If they sent us a bill on time and before the 1st that wouldn’t be a problem! Stuff is constantly being left out in the hallways and dragged out ...

They leave appliances on the side walk so if you have a truck ( we do) you can’t back into the parking space without hitting it also can’t park regular with anything m bigger than a compact car with how close they put it to the curb… causing you to park further. When they finally move everything they leave nails, staples and screws EVERYWHERE. There are a couple good things. The apts are quiet for the most part and there is very little worry about theft here.

      San Miguel del Bosque has been my home for the last 13 years. The entire complex is well kept, the grounds and landscape are beautiful. I feel very safe walking outside at night. Most tenants are friendly, and the staff is very helpful and kind.
