Great apartments and wonderful management
August 21, 2019I have just renewed my lease for another year after having lived in this Avalon Apartment. My experience here has been sensational. I choose this apartment after a thorough screening of several other locations as I had lost my home during the Harvey Storm in Houston. Everyone who occupies apartments here is marvelous and so helpful to each other. I have an apartment with two bedrooms, a great kitchen, living area, bathrooms and equipment in the kitchen which is complete as well as a washer ...dryer right in the apartment. I am widowed but choose the two bedrooms so I could set up my office. Both of these rooms are large and I can easily store my files and equipment without any difficulty. I also like the security set up on entering and leaving this facility. I am so fortunate to have found this location. I would be happy to recommend it to all my friends. Finally, I must compliment the managers who are always ready to provide services when needed. This is a valuable feature for me.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
