    Calling the Avens a “Luxury Non-smoking Property” and hanging signs everywhere saying this is a joke! The halls smell like smoke, I have photo proof that people smoke constantly here and nothing is done to stop it. Several tenants are fed up and moving because of these issues and more.

    I have been a resident of The Avens at Dedham Station for seven years and have very much enjoyed my time here. I hope to continue calling it my home for many years to come. The office personnel - Michael, Dawn and Sherri - are readily available to answer any questions or address any issues I might have. The maintenance personnel are always professional and friendly and it has always been a pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend The Avens to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment ...

    Wonderful, convenient location to Legacy Place where you can shop and eat or just go for a nice walk. The office staff are very responsive and helpful with following up on calls or work orders. I have been here for 8 years and love it!
