    I enjoy living here. My children and I are comfortable. The neighborhood and the proximity to grocery stores and other shopping stores are accessible making it a breeze to get what you need.

    Calling the Avens a “Luxury Non-smoking Property” and hanging signs everywhere saying this is a joke! The halls smell like smoke, I have photo proof that people smoke constantly here and nothing is done to stop it. Several tenants are fed up and moving because of these issues and more.

    Living at the Avens has every amenity you could want, a beautiful pool and outside patio, a state of the art gym, a gorgeous resident lounge and beautifully maintained grounds. Luxury apartments within walking distance to Legacy Place shopping and the commuter rail.

    I have been a resident of The Avens at Dedham Station for seven years and have very much enjoyed my time here. I hope to continue calling it my home for many years to come. The office personnel - Michael, Dawn and Sherri - are readily available to answer any questions or address any issues I might have. The maintenance personnel are always professional and friendly and it has always been a pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend The Avens to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment ...
    close to so many wonderful shops as well as being so close to I-95.
