Beautiful, Well-Managed Property
May 26, 2026Despite the property being slightly out of reach for us, Ed truly made us consider stretching our budget due to his professionalism, pride in management and knowledge of the area. Fantastic Location, Beautiful Grounds, Ample Parking
May 17, 2026One of the best things about this apartment community is how peaceful and spacious it feels compared to so many newer properties. The location is fantastic, and the entire community is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and well-maintained landscaping that make it feel established, relaxing, and inviting year-round. It truly has a neighborhood feel instead of feeling overcrowded or packed onto a tiny piece of land like many apartment communities today. Another huge plus is the amount of ...parking available. There is plenty of space for residents and guests, which makes everyday life so much more convenient and stress-free. You never feel like you’re fighting for a parking spot at the end of the day. As a dog owner, I also really appreciate the walking paths throughout the community. They make it easy and enjoyable to take my dog on walks while enjoying the scenery and peaceful atmosphere. The open layout, green space, and shaded areas from the mature trees make it such a pleasant place to spend time outside. Aventine is amazing!!
May 15, 2026I have lived in apartments for years, but this complex beats them all so far. Not only is there an elevator in every building, there’s also an in unit washer and dryer. The property’s beauty speaks for itself but the community here is so friendly. People are truly happy to live here. The staff is truly happy to work here. Best place that I’ve lived!
May 15, 2026I love living at the Aventine. We’ve been here almost two years, and it’s been great. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are wonderful and always clean. Great place to live!
May 15, 2026My roommate and I moved here a couple of months ago and have absolutely loved it. The apartment is beautiful and what a bonus to have an elevator when we were moving.. The surrounding grounds and amenities are great. Ed is fantastic to work with. As we moved forward with the lease, we talked to Jade in the office who answered all of our questions . I love living here
May 14, 2026I moved into the Aventine at the begging of the year after touring about a dozen other apartments. Ed was so warm and personable and after my tour I knew it was the place for me! He even went above and beyond and had the carpet replaced for me before I moved in. The pool is gorgeous and the gym is also fantastic. Beautiful community and excellent staff
May 13, 2026I would recommend this community very highly. It is so well kept and the service from the staff is better than anywhere I have lived. Service requests get taken care of almost immediately. They have answered the phone in the office every time I've called. Going on 6 years and love it!
May 13, 2026I love living in this community! I have lived here for five and a half years now, and I am very happy here. I truly appreciate the wonderful staff that addresses my needs and the maintenance crew that cleans the hallways and elevators on a regular basis. I also appreciate the consistent notifications regarding safety issues and the upgrades that have been made to the gym and clubhouse over the years. Beautiful, Quiet Community
May 13, 2026Beautiful community with amazing landscaping and gorgeous views. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The gym is my favorite amenity, and the dog park definitely has a ton of appeal for my fur baby. The airport is nearby which I expected to create a lot of noise disturbances, but you can’t hear the airplanes from inside your apartment.
