I’ve lived in a few apartment complexes in the area over the years, so I’m clear on the things I like and don’t like. Aventine checked all my boxes: an apartment with a (gorgeous) view, a place to walk my pup, great amenities and appliances, helpful/professional staff, manicured property, convenient location. I feel lucky to have landed here!

One of the best things about this apartment community is how peaceful and spacious it feels compared to so many newer properties. The location is fantastic, and the entire community is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and well-maintained landscaping that make it feel established, relaxing, and inviting year-round. It truly has a neighborhood feel instead of feeling overcrowded or packed onto a tiny piece of land like many apartment communities today. Another huge plus is the amount of ...

parking available. There is plenty of space for residents and guests, which makes everyday life so much more convenient and stress-free. You never feel like you’re fighting for a parking spot at the end of the day. As a dog owner, I also really appreciate the walking paths throughout the community. They make it easy and enjoyable to take my dog on walks while enjoying the scenery and peaceful atmosphere. The open layout, green space, and shaded areas from the mature trees make it such a pleasant place to spend time outside. Overall, this community offers a combination of beauty, convenience, and space that’s hard to find.

I have lived in apartments for years, but this complex beats them all so far. Not only is there an elevator in every building, there’s also an in unit washer and dryer. The property’s beauty speaks for itself but the community here is so friendly. People are truly happy to live here. The staff is truly happy to work here. I’m lucky to be apart of the community!

I love living at the Aventine. We’ve been here almost two years, and it’s been great. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are wonderful and always clean. We love the clubhouse and the pool area. The maintenance team is very quick to get a work order taken care of. They are always very polite and professional.

My roommate and I moved here a couple of months ago and have absolutely loved it. The apartment is beautiful and what a bonus to have an elevator when we were moving.. The surrounding grounds and amenities are great. Ed is fantastic to work with. As we moved forward with the lease, we talked to Jade in the office who answered all of our questions . She is also lovely and so very helpful. Both Ed and Jade have been delightful to deal with . We are happy to be here.

I moved into the Aventine at the begging of the year after touring about a dozen other apartments. Ed was so warm and personable and after my tour I knew it was the place for me! He even went above and beyond and had the carpet replaced for me before I moved in. The pool is gorgeous and the gym is also fantastic. So far it is the best apartment I’ve lived in in Asheville.

I would recommend this community very highly. It is so well kept and the service from the staff is better than anywhere I have lived. Service requests get taken care of almost immediately. They have answered the phone in the office every time I've called. They have some community events each month and its a great way to meet your neighbors. Parking is abundant also. Definitely tour this property if you are looking in Arden

Beautiful community with amazing landscaping and gorgeous views. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The gym is my favorite amenity, and the dog park definitely has a ton of appeal for my fur baby. The airport is nearby which I expected to create a lot of noise disturbances, but you can’t hear the airplanes from inside your apartment. This is by far the nicest apartment I’ve ever lived in.
