Unsafe, dirty complex, terrible leasing office
February 7, 2025My car got broken into several times and the leasing office refuses to install any cameras. None outside, none in the hallways, yet they have cameras in the laundry facility. Roaches everywhere no matter how much you clean, cleaners come once every blue moon. The maintenance team is slow and does half the job. Calling the leasing office gets you nowhere, they’re very condescending and can never get ahold of management. Poor maintenance, noisy, unclean
May 15, 20241. Window will not lock, maintenance has still not fixed it six months later 2. Window did not keep out cold during cold spell, maintenance did not fix until spring 3. Gas suddenly went out during cold spell (no hot water, heat, or stove), was not fixed until next day (and messsed up when they did come, had to call back) 4. Kitchen sink flooded with stinky water, was not fixed until two days later 5. Many insects 6. May 10, 2023Not to mention the heat, there is a roaches infestation. At the moment there is roaches all over the apartment complex and they come through the cracks. In the beginning there was also a bed bug infestation. It was disturbing, disappointing, and disgusting. It sucks. Do expect roaches.Review from Apartments.com
Pest Issues
April 18, 2023My unit suffered from a cockroach infestation despite my best efforts to be clean, and I also saw several dead roaches throughout the common areas. I have heard from other tenants there is a bed bug problem as well although I did not experience this. The building is relatively old and there were many large cracks throughout my apartment which made pest control a challenge. The basement washing room flooded and I would not feel comfortable putting my clothes there.
