Pre-Move In Review
February 27, 2026Let me just tell you how this team has just been a gem to me during the move in process. 1 – I don’t live in the area yet. I live in a different country. Kailey was on their team and she was able to get me a FaceTime tour because I was interested. She also helped me get the best pricing option for my budget. She was able to make the stress go away about finding a place to live. The constant email traffic made me feel excited about being a part of this community. 2 – Abigail was able to help me ...with the lease contract and all the utilities payment process as well. At one point I was dealing with a move in date delay, and she was able to help me secure the apartment while being away. 3 – Overall, I am just grateful for the move in process. The team’s constant communication and commitment to customer service truly stood out. I will be making another review in the future to speak about my thoughts on living in this community. The Avenue is the best community I’ve ever lived in!
February 27, 2026Abbey made my move from Georgia so amazingly easy ! She communicated everything so there was no questions left unanswered and even went above and beyond to stay later than her shift to welcome me into the community ! Chico, Rick, and Corey were extremely helpful as maintenance as well! For any inconvenience they are quick to respond the SAME DAY which is usually unheard of in communities of this size. I’ll recommend these apartments a million times over for anyone looking for a new place to call ...home ! Love this apartment
February 16, 2026I can't say enough great things about this apartment. From my first call to move in everything has been fantastic. I'm so glad we picked this place. Abbi is so friendly and the maintenance guys are fast. I recently went to a flower event they had and it was so fun. Abbi's a full time manger and part time florist we joked. Wonderful Staff, Kind Neighbors, Good apartments.
December 10, 2025Recently moved in (Nov. 2025) and so far the overall experience is good. Kailey (current front desk worker) has been welcoming and supportive throughout the entire moving experience. Staying on top of any questions we've had (touring, moving in, maintenance, etc.) as well as keeping up with her other duties. Great multitasking skills. A few of our same-building neighbors have welcomed us and seem like good people. There are people that do stay more to themselves (which is completely okay), but I ...do say this neighborhood feels very safe and calm. Its relatively close to nearby schools, stores, and gas stations; as well as freeway exits for those who find work outside of Cabot. The apartments themselves are considerable for having reliable appliances (stove/oven, washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher). The 2 bed 2 bath (current apartment we have) is decently spacious and has useable storage (a pantry/closet, hallway closet, good sized bedroom closets, and a small outside storage). I plan to leave another review in a couple of months. Keep The Avenue in mind when shopping around the area!Property Manager Responded

Maintained & Responsive Management
September 10, 2025The apartments are pretty great, one of the better ones I've lived in. The only complain I can make is that if you don't want to pay for reserved parking all the good spots seem to slowly be getting replaced with reservation parking but I'm a cheapskate not paying for parking when I can just walk the extra 100-300 feet because it's not a huge deal at the end of the day. Cute little home
July 16, 2025I toured this super cute apartment community and had such a great experience! Abbi and Kailey were both so friendly and welcoming it really made a difference. The property was well kept and had a cozy feel. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a 1 bedroom available at the time, but I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for when one opens up.
