Maintained & Responsive Management
September 10, 2025The apartments are pretty great, one of the better ones I've lived in. The only complain I can make is that if you don't want to pay for reserved parking all the good spots seem to slowly be getting replaced with reservation parking but I'm a cheapskate not paying for parking when I can just walk the extra 100-300 feet because it's not a huge deal at the end of the day. Management is responsive, active, and involved with the community.Property Manager Responded

Cute little home
July 16, 2025I toured this super cute apartment community and had such a great experience! Abbi and Kailey were both so friendly and welcoming it really made a difference. The property was well kept and had a cozy feel. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a 1 bedroom available at the time, but I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for when one opens up. The apartments are so cute, the management is AMAZING, and maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly and efficiently by caring maintenance staff. The office staff is so kind that my son and I actually swing by quite often, just to visit with them! They make it a priority to make you feel safe, comfortable, and at home - especially Abbi, Kailey, and Rima! New Management Raised Rent Twice in 6 months?
March 26, 2024TL;DR - Was great when we moved in several years ago. Sux today. We've lived here for several years now. In that time, there have been several turn overs in the management team. The new owners are making this place undesirable. Our rent has gone up more than 25% in the last 7 months. Amenities that used to be included are now being charged for raising the cost even higher. On top of all that, the whole place now smells like dog poop. We're looking to move ASAP. For the cost they are ...charging for less than 850 sq. feet, I can buy a pretty nice place in Jacksonville or even Cabot if we want to stay in a smaller place. We're moving as soon as we can find the right place.Property Manager Responded

The staff is so kind and helpful, maintenance is great, I love the resident events they have, and im so excited they added a new dog park and picnic area. Great Management and Friendly Staff

Every time that I visit the office, there is nothing that I can say that this community doesn't have. Anybody that is skeptical about taking a chance on this neighborhood, I can tell that you will not be disappointed. Awesome
September 28, 2023Since the new owners and staff have taken over they have been doing major renovations all over the property inside and outside. They are doing apartment home remodeling as well as beautiful landscaping. This is a very classy place to live and all of the staff are incredibly nice.
