I’ve lived in this community with my family for almost 10 years (I don't anymore), and today I had one of the most disappointing experiences. I went to help someone with their application, and while the staff member assisting us was polite, the manager made an inappropriate and unprofessional comment. When the person applying was asked for a drivers license and we mention that he did not had one, the manager responded with, ‘if y'all been here for more than 10 years Why don’t y’all get a driver’s ...
license?’in a very disrespectful tone.
This comment felt disrespectful and unnecessary. Regardless of anyone’s background or situation, residents deserve to be treated with respect — especially after being part of this community for so long. It made us feel judged and uncomfortable, and it’s not the kind of environment anyone should experience when seeking assistance. We've been in this community for so long with different admins and we had never experience something like this.

When you provided your own documentation, it was explained that it did not meet the specific documentation that we require.
