      • Great for travel nursing!!!!

        The amenities are awesome, very clean, animal friendly! Short term leasing! The staff were very kind and compassionate when my Mom passed away and we had to leave prior to our lease being up! The amenities were great for family visiting with several bbq grills, outdoor seating areas with fire pit, swimming pool that my Grandbaby just absolutely loved!!! Tanning bed!!!! Highly, highly recommend to all my travel nurse friends!!!!

        What a wonderful place to live in a wonderful location. We have stayed here almost four years and we have had a very good experience with our apartment and maintenance during that time. We are gearing up to purchase a home but this will surely be among the best places we have lived. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family during our stay.

        We moved here from FL 10 mo ago. Lived in several complexes before & this is by far the BEST! Super friendly neighbors. Maintenance Staff here is on top of the requests. The Leasing Office Amazing! They had Easter Egg hunt, Decorating Xmas Ornaments, Super Bowl Party! Who wouldn't want to live here????

      • Perfect for kiddos and feels like a vacation

        The pool and playground areas are wonderful especially having grills everywhere and a fire pit. Maintenance has been SUPER quick and everyone is friendly. The only downsides I’ve had so far is maintenance doing work below me pretty late at night once the downstairs neighbors moved out, but nothing big or crazy.

        My husband and I have lived in a townhome here for 3 years. We love that our neighborhood is quiet, our neighbors are friendly and the townhome is very nice. We enjoy not having to deal with maintenance issues. . . The FEW issues we have had were minor and the excellent maintenance crew fixed them quickly.

      • A Dream come true

        I can’t imagine living anywhere else, but the Avery Apartments. It is the only apartment complex that I have found that totally cares about their renters. My husband and I are both in wheelchairs. They have a pool here, but we were unable to use it because we couldn’t ride our wheelchairs down the ramp into the pool or walk into the pool on our own. Avery Apartments got a lift in order for all of the Wheel Chair users at the complex to be able to use the pool. This is true caring. They didn’t ...
        raise our rent. They didn’t complain. They just did what was best for their renters. We had the dishwasher break the first year that we lived here. They immediately got a new dishwasher and installed it within a few days. I was used to having to wait months to get a repair done in our old rental, but not here you never have to wait long to get the repair done Like I said this is a dream come true and I can’t imagine ever living anywhere else.

        Been living at the Avery apartments for a year and half or so and we love the community! It’s nice and quiet and with so many accommodating amenities! My personal favorite is how clean they keep the pool and the 24 hour gym so close to home!
