Maintenance
March 17, 2026Our garage door stopped working overnight, and I submitted the work order that morning. It was fairly urgent, because we only have one car, and it was in the ga1rage. That makes it hard to get to work. I called the office later in the day, and the person they had assigned it to had already left for the day. The office staff member who spoke with me evidently called another maintenance worker, and Amos was down shortly and helped me solve my problem. The door has to be replaced, but he manually ...lifted it so I could get my car out until it is. Shout out to both Amos and the office worker who called him. August 8, 2025The amenities are awesome, very clean, animal friendly! Short term leasing! The staff were very kind and compassionate when my Mom passed away and we had to leave prior to our lease being up! The amenities were great for family visiting with several bbq grills, outdoor seating areas with fire pit, swimming pool that my Grandbaby just absolutely loved!!! Tanning bed!!!! Perfect for kiddos and feels like a vacation
June 5, 2025The pool and playground areas are wonderful especially having grills everywhere and a fire pit. Maintenance has been SUPER quick and everyone is friendly. A Dream come true
June 3, 2025I can’t imagine living anywhere else, but the Avery Apartments. It is the only apartment complex that I have found that totally cares about their renters. My husband and I are both in wheelchairs. They have a pool here, but we were unable to use it because we couldn’t ride our wheelchairs down the ramp into the pool or walk into the pool on our own. Avery Apartments got a lift in order for all of the Wheel Chair users at the complex to be able to use the pool. This is true caring. They didn’t ...raise our rent. They didn’t complain. They just did what was best for their renters. We had the dishwasher break the first year that we lived here. They immediately got a new dishwasher and installed it within a few days. I was used to having to wait months to get a repair done in our old rental, but not here you never have to wait long to get the repair done Like I said this is a dream come true and I can’t imagine ever living anywhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
