Great place to live
June 13, 2025What a wonderful place to live in a wonderful location. We have stayed here almost four years and we have had a very good experience with our apartment and maintenance during that time. June 6, 2025We moved here from FL 10 mo ago. Lived in several complexes before & this is by far the BEST! Super friendly neighbors. Maintenance Staff here is on top of the requests. Perfect for kiddos and feels like a vacation
June 5, 2025The pool and playground areas are wonderful especially having grills everywhere and a fire pit. Maintenance has been SUPER quick and everyone is friendly. The only downsides I’ve had so far is maintenance doing work below me pretty late at night once the downstairs neighbors moved out, but nothing big or crazy.Review from Apartments.com

A Dream come true
June 3, 2025I can’t imagine living anywhere else, but the Avery Apartments. It is the only apartment complex that I have found that totally cares about their renters. My husband and I are both in wheelchairs. They have a pool here, but we were unable to use it because we couldn’t ride our wheelchairs down the ramp into the pool or walk into the pool on our own. Avery Apartments got a lift in order for all of the Wheel Chair users at the complex to be able to use the pool. This is true caring. They didn’t ...raise our rent. They didn’t complain. They just did what was best for their renters. We had the dishwasher break the first year that we lived here. They immediately got a new dishwasher and installed it within a few days. I was used to having to wait months to get a repair done in our old rental, but not here you never have to wait long to get the repair done Like I said this is a dream come true and I can’t imagine ever living anywhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 3, 2025We moved to Missouri in need of a short-term lease and we couldn't have asked for a better option than Avery! The staff was super friendly and very responsive, helping us navigate the leasing process and getting us an apartment to fit our needs. Apartments range from basic to new and very modern, all with very reasonable pricing. The amenities at the clubhouse are amazing, we use the gym weekly and there's a salt water pool closest to us that's a great option if you hate chlorine.
