Jason and Levi were kind and patient and provided excellent service even when I wasn’t home and didn’t mind the alarm system going off on them because I wasn’t fast enough to respond to the alarm being triggered. They made the repairs quickly and left the area clean. The community here at the Avery offers great amenities and it is quiet at night so I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe place to live.

Called and left message and 2 minutes later Amos called. Told him air conditioner wasn’t draining and water was seeping through the floor, he was here in 5 minutes and took care of the problem right away. I have no complaints about the service from the maintenance staff.

Our garage door stopped working overnight, and I submitted the work order that morning. It was fairly urgent, because we only have one car, and it was in the ga1rage. That makes it hard to get to work. I called the office later in the day, and the person they had assigned it to had already left for the day. The office staff member who spoke with me evidently called another maintenance worker, and Amos was down shortly and helped me solve my problem. The door has to be replaced, but he manually ...

The amenities are awesome, very clean, animal friendly! Short term leasing! The staff were very kind and compassionate when my Mom passed away and we had to leave prior to our lease being up! The amenities were great for family visiting with several bbq grills, outdoor seating areas with fire pit, swimming pool that my Grandbaby just absolutely loved!!! Tanning bed!!!! Highly, highly recommend to all my travel nurse friends!!!!
