They are cooperative and easy to talk too, and they resolve any issues that might come up. April 22, 2018I lived here since 2014 and I thoroughly enjoy it! The convenience of having so many amenities and not having to worry about keeping the grounds clear from raking leaves in the fall and shoveling snow in the winter is a plus to me. Customer service issues
November 1, 2016The apartments are nice and new; no problems with them. But for a year we've had issues with extremely noisy neighbors and were basically told there was nothing that could be done, other than having the staff talk to them. I'm not talking about normal noise you'd expect when living in an apartment. I mean "keep you awake and rattle your apartment" kind of noise! It is the #1 reason we're not renewing our lease. In my opinion, the lack of resolution and extremely poor customer service is ...something any potential tenant should think twice about before renting here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
