Management not Responsive
October 28, 2020I moved here 1 month ago and unfortunately I’m not happy with the way management handles emails - they ignore important requests, and they’re not friendly and inviting. They don’t sign emails, therefore you don’t know who you’re communicating with. Apartments old with many issues.Review from Apartments.com
Tall Tree Apartment
May 20, 2020Lived here for one year and management is amazing. They are always one phone call away and if you call and don’t get an answer for some reason you can look out your window and I guarantee that you will see one of the maintenance guys. They are always riding around making sure the property is good and clean. The people in the office responds fast and they are extremely nice. July 28, 2015I have lived here for 4 years. We have never had an issue with the owners. If we have an issue they are there the same day or the next day. They have a beautiful crystal blue pool. An amazing gym you can work out at any day of the week 24/7. They are super sweet. They work with you. They have games all year round such as an egg hunt to win free money off your rent. Bingo night to win awesome prizes. They give you cards on your birthday every year. The inside of your apartment is very spacious and ...homey. You can choose anywhere from an efficientcy apartment to a 3 bedroom apartment. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and we love it. We plan to live here a while. You have access to a pool 24/7 what's not to love. They are always wanting their residents to be happy. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
