August 20, 2025Maintenance response was great! Sunday evening I had an electrical problem. I sent in a request. The problem was that the outlets on one side of the kitchen weren't working. At that time I saw it as not being urgent, I don't use those outlet very often. I then opened the refrigerator and it was off, it was on the same outlet side that wasn't working. Now it was urgent! I called maintenance and the maintenance person was here very quickly and solved the problem. I was impressed with how quickly ...the response was and how quickly my problem was solved. I could have fixed the problem myself, it was a breaker and GFI, I though wanted to have a technician in case there was something more than just a breaker.Property Manager Responded

The apartment was kind of dirty and the cleaners missed a lot of details, which I don’t blame the office for, but we love the apartment and neighborhood so much, that I was willing to put in the extra elbow grease to make it perfect. February 5, 2025Friendly staff & Beautiful community My daily occupation is to work with housing providers, so I have contact with many properties all over the state of Oregon. That being said I had a wonderful personal experience with Avery and their staff. The community is quiet and residents are friendly. It is a prime location for restaurants, grocery stores and the community is very pet friendly.Property Manager Responded
