The problem was that the outlets on one side of the kitchen weren't working. At that time I saw it as not being urgent, I don't use those outlet very often. I then opened the refrigerator and it was off, it was on the same outlet side that wasn't working. Now it was urgent! I called maintenance and the maintenance person was here very quickly and solved the problem. I was impressed with how quickly ...the response was and how quickly my problem was solved.
