I recommend The Aviator to many people regularly. I have committed to live here another year, because I’ve been incredibly impressed with the management team and the community itself.

frequently email and respond to any issues we have and do their best to get any issues resolved in a timely manner.
They STRICTLY enforce our community rules (especially the ones regarding pet cleanup), and I am thankful for that. They have kept this complex clean and safe for its residents and families with things such as our valet trash (but easily accessible industrial waste container for when needed), routine pest control, air filter changing, responsive maintenance, floodlights in the evenings, etc.
• Although it is close to the airport and we do hear the planes departing and arriving, it hasn’t been a nuisance to us. The location may not be ideal for some, but the traffic is hardly ever a problem and it is quiet enough out here that driving a little further into town isn’t a big deal.
• We are 10 minutes from the nearest Neighborhood Market, and 15 from downtown Bentonville. We personally felt like those commutes were a good trade-off for the price, location, and smaller community.
• The units themselves are not incredibly soundproofed, but because of the size of each building it isn’t bad at all. It’s an apartment, so the carried noise is sometimes unavoidable.
• The complex is now filling units in the Phase 2 buildings, but even with the new phase it doesn’t feel overcrowded here.
As with any apartment complex there will be pros and cons, but our personal experience here has been great. We are excited to be here for another year.
