The Best Place I Have Ever Lived

When I came in January to see the apartments Ms. Hill helped me out tremendously !!! She is a excellent Leasing Manager. Every question I asked she answered she is a wonderful person. I have always had a private landlords so this is the first time I have moved into a apartment and Ms. Hill made me feel welcome even before I moved in. We communicated through out this whole process. April 1st the move in was fast and easy Ms. Hill and Jeyson was there every step of the way. This is the best ...

place I have ever moved I can't thank Ms. Hill enough for the excellent communication answering all of my questions, showing me around, and being patient, she is a awesome Leasing Manger who cares about the residents and the property. This is a beautiful place.

This is a pretty good complex. Staff are helpful and pleasant to work with, I like the location, neighbors are cool. My only note was a handful repair issues that arised my first month that happened in close windows of time but once that hurdle was overcome (and maintenance staff took care of all of it), I really have enjoyed it here. I think the pricing is pretty good compared to adjacent similar properties. A courtyard and lounge on the ground floor (and a gym) are nice to have. I personally ...

don't feel all these rooftop amenity terraces and game rooms other overpriced buildings have is something I need here and I am fine with the amenities.

No staff-unsafe

Staff are no where to be found which makes the whole place a free for all. Exit door had the handle ripped off and it wasn’t fixed so anyone could come and go without a key. Whole place smells like wet garbage and nothing in the gym works. Breaking my lease and moving out of this disgusting place.

AVA H St. is phenomenal. The staff is great and the location are the best. It's really hard to say what would be my favorite part about this apartment, but i'd say the community.
