Noise / accommodation
November 30, 2024BLVD has poor construction with sound transferring through floors. Our upstairs neighbor must have no furniture and stomps all day long. Asking management for help has resulted in extraordinary fees which are not justifiable. I would have expected luxury living to be better.Property Manager Responded
