I hate it
March 1, 2021I don't know where to start. The bad plumbing, the junk behind my apt, the pools that been closed for over two years, the manager that doesn't do anything or answer the phone. The farther you go in the back the dirtier it is. The rent is way too high.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible living conditions
June 24, 2020Management does NOT care for tenant living conditions. Going back and forth with maintenance about filthy sewer water coming out from; toilet, tub, and vents, mold on walls and under carpet. Issues that are claimed to have been fixed but continue to return. Negligence at its prime!Property Manager Responded

DONT DO IT
January 4, 2018This place was horrible, I lived here for a year and literally counted down the days to get out of here. Don't let the nice landscaping by the office fool you once you go to the back landscaping is no longer kept up. Neighbors have no consideration blast music late night early morning and just hang out. Not to mention constantly having to look out your window to check your car to make sure someone isn't trying to break in. Tow trucks will tow for no reason. Summer time fights break out, awful. ...Apartments are disgusting, no matter how much you clean, spray, set traps the roaches have taken over. Spraying did NOTHING absolutely horrifying. Sirens every night since the hospital is right across the street, helicopters at 2, 3 in the morning never any peace. Would never recommend anyone to live here. Never felt safe here to the point I got myself a firearm. They will do anything to get people to move here don't fall for it.Property Manager Responded

Poor Service/Bad Facilities/Gross
December 3, 2016The management here is awful and very rude. I have had multiple issues putting in maintenance requests and not having anything actually done. I had a leak in my roof for almost three months before it was fixed and the water damage that leak caused was not taken care of until about two months after that and was only fixed after I had county code enforcement come out. The "24 Hour Clothes Care Centers" are gross and hot despite being advertised as being air conditioned and the washer and dryers in ...there work poorly. Many times I have had to go through more than one dryer cycle to finish my clothes. It is not "gated" and there is not "controlled access" as the gates are always open and do not work. They have said multiple times they are being fixed and that was the story I was told when I moved in a year ago. The trash situation is disgusting and the dumpster they have is always overflowing into the parking lot. The management and maintenance staff have no respect for privacy and will enter your apartment while you are not home even when you have asked them not to do so several times. Not a place to call home
September 7, 2015This place is horrible. I don't recommend any one to stay here. Their service is bad. They won't go to detail with you about your lease at all. Whenever you request a service, you will never know when will they fix it. Also, they will enter your apartment so many times a year because some of work that they r saying need to get done which you will never see in your apartment. Even when you will not be home and you told the office you don't want any one to enter your unit, they will not care and ...saying they spend money on fixing work, they can't reschedule it.
