February 21, 2025My dog loves stopping by the office for a treat! Whenever we're walking around the community and maintenance guy Daniel is nearby, my dog seems to sense him from a mile away with his excitement to break free and get some pets is undeniable. staff are great everything else is just ok
July 25, 2022Frist of all the staff here is really good, The fact that there is hardwood floors on all levels is the worst part about the Baldwin. You can hear every noise your upstairs neighbors make maybe we just got lucky and the loudest people on the planet moved in, but I would not stay on the 1st floor. The amenity's are good, but nothing too special. Trash does pile up on the weekends big time. If you are looking for clean and peaceful you might want to look elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
