The building is a nice walking distance from a grocery store. The only issue I have had is with our A/C not working. Even though I contacted maintenance multiple times, I am still having issues

May 6, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comDecent apartment. The only concern is how often trash chutes are full and how messy the stairs to the garage get. Rent has drastically increased with little to no reason aside from probably trying to capture new tenants who were looking at Replay.
