My experience at The Banks Student Living has been great overall. The place is clean and well-maintained, the location is super convenient, and the staff are friendly and quick to help with anything I need. It's a comfortable spot to live and study. My only note is that the TV in the unit is a bit on the small side — would love to see a bigger screen. Other than that, I'm really happy here and would recommend it.

Cons: high residential account management fee which increases every year, and many one-time fees, high cost of parking Pros: on site gym and weekly Pilate class during the school season; fast maintenance service and accountable manager.

Been living here ever since my first semester at the University of iowa, and I have no problems at all throughout my whole entire stay. Although there are minor flaws in the room like my door look jam, they are easy fixes for calling maintenance.

Friendly staff. Great management. Full of amazing amenities such as swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court, bbq station, fire pit pavilion , full gym, sauna and sun tanning bed. Perfect location to IRL River Landjng UIHC clinic with nearby restaurants and Trader Joe’s. Let’s not forget our own private shuttle to downtown and campus.

The staff here are amazing! They are very friendly and ready to help. The amenities are decent, they provide a fun way to spend time. The studying area is great! Providing a nice and peaceful atmosphere, great for students! Although, the cleanliness of my room was below par. There were many stains, receipts, and crumbs all around. The people are amazing, but the property itself could use a couple improvements to make it worth the price.

Rooms are big and have lots of room. The furniture is nice and useful. The front desk office workers are the sweetest! There is lots to do at the apartment. The tanning bed and sauna are great.

Friendly staff and spacious apartment. But the apartments themselves could have been cleaned better. Random trash and stains on the ground and bathrooms.
