So far so good!! I moved in this week and so far it’s been great and everyone has been so welcoming especially the staff members. My apartment is far away from the main lobby but that’s obviously not anyone’s fault just inconvenient

So far I love it! The apartment came way cleaner than expected for getting it “as is.” The only thing is fixing the second main elevator would be nice, given I heard it does not work for most of the year from previous residents.

The Banks is nice. It has lots of amenities like a gym, pool, pickleball court/basketball court, and study spaces. It's in a good location and offers a bus to and from campus during the school year.

Too many issues with my apartment, neighbors, or things like elevators not working and lack of staff communication. Upon move in my apartment wasn’t clean, the cleaning crew they sent barely did anything besides wipe my shower door and sweep my floors quickly. I then had issues with water leaking from ceiling leading to months of construction and health issues without compensation. I ended up leaving my apartment in better condition than when I moved in.

The pool has been really dirty recently and it doesn’t seem like they ever take the time to scoop out the excess debris. A lot of times trash in garage and stairwells is also not taken out.
