June 27, 2025I have been there almost 2 years. The first year was very very happy . Recently the community has begun to not meet my expectations. Poor communication with the leasing office . Misinformation re: renewal of my lease which led to excessive fees . The community cleanliness has deteriorated greatly . The lobby bathroom, just go take a look . The windows need to be cleaned exterior in the whole building but please start with my unit . Maintenance team is excellent , timely courteous and ...professional . January 7, 2025It's been a great experience so far! Super convenient location, clean building, and nice staff. I like that they celebrate each birthday month and put out monthly calendars with events going on in the building and locally. Its a little pricey, but all of DC is so it's going to be hard to get something this decent at a cheaper rate I suppose. I recommend!Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2024I am loving my time at The Banks. The location is prime and I love being a block away from the Wharf. I love the fact that there are already events to go to my first week here. November 1, 2024This is a lovely building with a terrific and friendly (kudos to the folks behind the concierge desk (especially CeCe, but there are no laggards). Services seem top-notch (although at my age I’m no longer a gym rat). My neighbors are friendly and neighborly. I’m especially thankful for the penthouse and the grills!
