January 22, 2026Danyelle, Tyler, and Destiny ensured that all of my one thousand fifty nine questions were answered. From the submission of my application to my move-in date, I would say everything happened quick and in a timely manner. I got exactly what I wanted. I’m exactly where I need to live. I couldn’t be happier. The amenities are great. Power, Internet, and everything in between came with easy to follow instructions. The guy in the golf cart is friendly (I think he’s the maintenance man or security ...officer, or both, not sure) and I like that he does daily rounds of the community to ensure our safety!Property Manager Responded

October 19, 2025I have lived at The Banks for about 7 months now and it’s been a great experience. The office staff are great with communication on a personal and community level. They are diligent about keeping up the complex and providing high quality service. I don’t feel like I was sold something too good to be true after having lived here now for some time and feel the quality continues to be what I signed up to pay for.
