October 19, 2025I have lived at The Banks for about 7 months now and it’s been a great experience. The office staff are great with communication on a personal and community level. They are diligent about keeping up the complex and providing high quality service. I don’t feel like I was sold something too good to be true after having lived here now for some time and feel the quality continues to be what I signed up to pay for. I had to get out of my previous apartment as soon as possible due to a bad experience, and the staff here were willing to help me out. September 9, 2025Well taken care of professional property, A/C has been inop for several days. While waiting on a fix, they provided portable window A/C to make it bearable. Works great in one room and makes the remaining apartment tolerable, but will see what electric bill comes to this month with that unit drawing power all day.
