March 10, 2026I wanted to wait for a month before I wrote a review so I could have a better educated overview of the whole move-in and first month process. I had reviewed a bunch of apartments online before looking at The Banks of Springdale. When I called them up, Sylvia was able to actually fit me in that day for a walk-in tour. We reviewed a couple of different units that could possibly fit my situation. Sylvia showed me several tools that The Banks of Springdale uses in order to find the right time and ...price for you to move in. Though it was a little earlier than I was expecting, I couldn't help but apply when I walked in and saw my unit. It just felt right and I honestly hadn't had that feeling in a while. The process of signing and applying was really easy. Most of it was done online with them showing me a couple ways to submit my deposit as well as how to select different packages. It was a really smooth and well explained process as compared to previous places I have rented. Move in was also really easy. The team explained the resources I would need to have set up and when, and I was able to tell them when my movers were coming and how to get them in. Though they had to walk down a longer hallway, they were pretty pleased they didn't have to take the stairs since I am on the 3rd floor. So huge win for that making it way easier. When I did have a few move-in service tickets, the service team took care of them quickly and explained to me the whole process of how it happened and how to prevent anything like that in the future. As a technical professional as well, it was really nice to be talked to respectfully and explained to rather than just told it's fixed. Huge win for the team here. Within my first month we already had a community event for a Pride Pool Party. As a member of the LGBTQIA community, this was already cool to see. Ana and Mackenzie threw an awesome party showcasing how lively the community is here. It really did make it feel more like a community and less of just a place where you live. I look forward now to bumping into more people shuffling around and getting to ask how their day was. I am excited to see what more cool events the team has in store. At the official one month mark I have paid for my next month of rent on the app and it couldn't have been easier, especially compared to previous methods of Venmo/Zelle/PayPal.
