I appreciate the maintenance service, which is usually quite quick. I also really appreciate seeing the cleaning staff regularly keeping the building clean and well maintained. I really like the new gym, although less attention seems to have been given to the yoga room, and there are still some improvements that could be made. The common areas are very pleasant, although I would suggest improving the upkeep of the outdoor areas a little. Overall, I am satisfied.

A clean, modern, and comfortable apartment with a great living environment. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team, and the maintenance team is always quick to respond to requests. The amenities are excellent, the swimming pool, rooftop views, and gym are all incredible. The entire building feels very new, with modern furniture and stylish, well-designed interiors. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live!

Very easy to move in and the staff was extremely supportive and kind. The apt was clean and well maintained so we had minimal work to do. The parking facility was also a big benefit since it made it extremely convenient to carry our belongings and food into the apt via the elevator.

Honestly, one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in so sad to see it go. The only thing I would say is it is a little bit pricey, between parking amenity fee and general cost of the apartment. That being said, the apartment complex itself is great. The pool is wonderful. They’ve been doing a lot better about hosting more community events and the walls are basically soundproof. I’ve never heard my neighbors.

Gym needs an update and more weight machines and less treadmills. Pool rules are annoying and they make hosting a party uncomfortable. Cleanliness has gone down but still better than most places.
