    The staff are outstanding and very helpful. In general,I have been getting the help I need and i never have any issues. The lease office staff is very well managed and the staff at the front office are great.

    Good amenities, gym is always packed, noisy outside due to construction/road. Apartment was clean ish upon moving in and and the concierge is very nice.

    Great service , amenities, hospitality, secured property, ample space, underground garage, convenience to EVERYTHING. Luxurious glorious building. My stay here has been nothing less than refreshing and comfortable. Rooftop view is the absolute best in National Landing!!

    So far The Bartlett has been amazing! The staff at the front desk has been very helpful. We had some issues with the freight elevator on our move in day, and they worked to get us a fix and also even had some staff members give a hand to get the last few items off the trailer. The convenience to Whole Foods is great, the food and shopping just outside the building is perfect. Being just a few minutes walk to the metro is great for getting around D.C. as well. We are planning to be here for a ...
    while and I think we will definitely enjoy all that The Bartlett has to offer, especially the amenities during the summer.

    Love the building and all the features such as the gym and office area. One complaint is that the music randomly does not work in the TV lounge on the roof

    High expectations were met with sub-optimal results. The staff have been helpful but I showed up on my move-in date to the wrong apartment, due to a leasing agent error. The apartment I ended up with is similar design, sans the balcony, but with many cosmetic errors, including dusty floors and carpets.
