January 5, 2025I’ve been here since February 2024 and my experience has been great! The staff is amazing and friendly, maintenance answers requests quickly and the grounds are always kept up. August 3, 2023So I moved here in December 2022 and Alma was extremely helpful with whole process and even after , I’ve been living here she’s always available to help . The grounds are always kept beautifully up until a few days ago the main gate is broken and hasn’t been fixed as well as pile of furniture sitting in the parking lot almost like someone was evicted . Kinda looks bad but it’s definitely not the norm. My only complaint is there is NO events ! In the 8 months I have been here there hasn’t been one ...event for residents or a token of appreciation which sucks . I think if the leasing office can work on that it would be great !Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2023It's a good place to live. You're in the center of every imaginable grocery with proximity to the middle of Atlanta but also Stone Mountain. The main complaint I have with the community are minor, water pressure is terrible in the kitchen.. takes 3x as long to do dishes. And valet trash always stink up the hallways. I'm not a fan of that "mandatory" service. Good amenities. Overall, pretty pleased.Property Manager Responded
