This place could be great
August 20, 2023The ground and property were nice when it was built, but it is now getting to the point where ongoing maintenance upkeep needs to be done and the management company is slow to make improvements, trying to spend as little as money as possible. The property manager and assistant manager are non-existent even though they are on the property everyday. Not responsive to tenant's request and slow to process necessary paperwork, causing you, the resident extra fees and costs. The only thing saving ...this place is the leasing agent, Amber. She is advocates for the residents and pushes management to get things done to the property and for residents.Property Manager Responded

You can't beat being able to walk to the beach and to yoga class in ten minutes. Tenants are respectful, and I never hear a peep after hours.
