Really nice upscale place to live.

I moved in around November last year and have enjoyed living here so far. The buildings are new, the fixtures are nice, and the amenities are brand new. I like being less than 10 minutes to the beach and theres New Smyrna Dog Park about a mile away which is great for my pup. The people are friendly and the staff has been helpful and love it this time of year in Florida. Way nicer than chicago winters!
