November 27, 2025Please fix the broken equipment in the gym. They have been broken for 3 months. We are waiting for 1 piece of equipment for 4 machines…… while being charged full price for amenities that we can’t useProperty Manager Responded
December 5, 2025Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the vendors when it comes to the gym equipment. If parts need to be ordered, which was the case here, we need to wait until they come in and then schedule the repairs. There is plenty of equipment in the gym that can substitute for cardio machines and there are still Pelotons, a treadmill and an elliptical machine that is still functioning. As of this writing there is only one treadmill that needs to be repaired and that is set for December 15. We are always on top of all the repairs needed. As stated we have to rely on the vendor response and it frustrates us as well. Thank you, again for your comments. Have a wonderful holiday.
