Summer at the Beacon has been great. The only hiccup was the power outage due to a severe thunderstorm. Everything around the complex has been fine and there have been good community events.

Everything is good besides the dog park not being incredibly dog friendly. My dog has been injured at the park, as I have heard many others have, with no changes. If not for this I’d give it a 5/5

1st floor has a rodent issue the office workers are not helpful at all There was a another women here I believed her name was ashley she was a better fit here Very helpful Also it looks like someone is always leaving here This is constant! No one wants to stay here once the lease is up they leave
