Not a bad place to live, you have a view of a loading dock.
Not enough parking, and they only tow residents cars.
They do have a thing about the fire alarms going off at 2am, due to faulty detector sensors, that they don't fix.
And it seems like they have a better restriction on who they let sign a lease, haven't had that major contact high walking up the stairs.
Notices go out on Sunday evening, that they have scheduled maintenance, and you need to secure your pet. I guess when you close ...
early on Friday's you can't send these notices out sooner.
But overall, the people living there are decent.
I wouldn't rent an apartment on the first floor, the hallways flood and stay wet for days, mold in the walls might be a thing?
