Great Location and Wonderful Community
March 12, 2026I have really enjoyed living here. The location is excellent with easy access to restaurants, parks, and everything the neighborhood has to offer. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and makes an effort to know residents by name. Classy and stunning
February 4, 2026Absolutely stunning building and location. The common areas and amenities are high quality and classy. The apartments themselves are I saw the one bed room and studios and honestly it’s a perfect fit for me and my kitty. We are gonna be cozy with an insane view! Too Expensive
September 23, 2015This is a glamorous historic property. Unfortunately, the building was sold to an insurance conglomerate. Since then, a two bedroom apartment is now $3700 per month. We have, with regret, decided to move. They have priced themselves out of the market.Review from Apartments.com
Couldn't be better!
July 20, 2015The Belden Stratford has been a great place to live and I can't imagine renting anywhere else. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. The building is pet friendly and the staff is beyond considerate of pets, which so hard to find in Lincoln Park. Between the staff, rooftop and gym this building has been the perfect home. They also quoted me much higher for my utility bills before signing my lease. I thought I would be paying $75-$120 more a month, but have yet to have a bill that high!
