May 5, 2025It is a smaller apartment community so it is much quieter than the surrounding communities. We have been here for 16 years. No place is perfect but this is better than the other one that we lived in for 21 years before moving here. The office staff is great and very helpful.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2025The Bella is a well maintained community and the best value you can find in this location. It is quiet, grounds are well kept and the interiors are renovated. One of the best assets of this community is it's management. Both Eli and his office assistant Caroline are attentive and dedicated. They are supportive bringing a personal touch and a sense of caring in every interaction. I have had a couple of emergencies over the last 4 years living here and the issues have been resolved promptly and ...efficiently. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely with all the new restaurants and premium market places. You will not find as I said better value for your bucket in this location.Property Manager Responded

December 23, 2024I signed here at the Bella on September 18 2024 and moved in September 21 my time here so far has been nice. The grounds are beautiful. The gray star staff is amazing polite and kind. The maintenance team is excellent polite and kind as well.
