May 12, 2026Living at the Bella for almost two months now, I can say things have been pretty good overall. The building and surrounding area are generally quiet and well kept. I also really appreciate the different activities the rental staff organizes each month for residents it’s a nice added touch that helps build a sense of community. The only downside has been noticeable noise from the unit above, particularly heavy footsteps and what sounds like stomping throughout the day.
