August 28, 2025The Bella has been the best apartment I've stayed in as of yet. The staff are super amazing and remember who you are, they have lots of events, and it's in a perfect neighborhood. I haven't seen any issues with bugs, parking is a breeze, and everyone is just kind. The only reason I am taking off a star, is simply due to thin walls & building issues. I can definitely hear my neighbors late at night which isn't a huge issue, but isn't terrible. Also, the building is about 2 years old and was ...recently struck by lightning about a month and a half ago (crazy right) and they are STILL working to fix the locks and electric issues that came with the lightning strike. AC does not keep up with summer heat
June 22, 2025Currently a resident on the 4th floor and my AC runs all day/night and my apartment sits at 83 degrees during the day even though I have my AC set to 60. Every resident on my floor says there apartments are unbelievably hot too and their ACs don’t keep up either. Walk out the hallway and it’s nice and crisp 65. Enter into the apartment and you meet with a heat wave you’d rather not even live in. Ridiculous with no remedy from the leasing company to fix the issue.
