January 2, 2026Place is nice overall. Gas grills and outdoor fireplaces haven’t worked in 4 months. Took 2 weeks to fix broken HVAC unit during the middle of summer. Noise from upstairs neighbors is unacceptable. We won’t be renewing our lease.Review from Apartments.com

October 9, 2025Let me first start off by saying the office staff is the best here. I think many residents don’t give them enough credit and tend to blame many problems on them when in fact if you truly knew how a corporation worked you’d understand why my review is 4 stars. I don’t know who or why an elevator was approved that literally breaks when the most common courteous thing to do for anyone is “Please hold the elevator “ I have been living here for a year and I think that the elevators have been in ...service for 4 months broken up over the course of a year. It’s really bad having a senior dog or even senior citizens on the 4th floor who have joint issues to be told use an elevator on the other side of the building or use the stairs when this shouldn’t be a factor to begin with. I will however say that whenever an issue has presented itself, reasonably, the front office handles it extremely well and the staff here on grounds is amazing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 28, 2025The Bella has been the best apartment I've stayed in as of yet. The staff are super amazing and remember who you are, they have lots of events, and it's in a perfect neighborhood. I haven't seen any issues with bugs, parking is a breeze, and everyone is just kind. The only reason I am taking off a star, is simply due to thin walls & building issues. I can definitely hear my neighbors late at night which isn't a huge issue, but isn't terrible. Also, the building is about 2 years old and was ...recently struck by lightning about a month and a half ago (crazy right) and they are STILL working to fix the locks and electric issues that came with the lightning strike.
