Bugs everywhere..hallways, stairwells and elevator are absolutely disgusting at all times. Never received swimming pool access information, not enough parking, garage always has an overbearing nauseating smell especially by the buildings MAIN ENTRY door due to rotting garbage, garbage is always piled up right outside the main entry door by the pillar and is rarely removed..the pile just keeps getting bigger and bigger. All of these things listed above, can very easily be taken care of, it ...
wouldn’t take much effort, but for some reason, it’s OK to leave all of this as is. Since moving in last month, I have swept the elevator at least three times because it’s so disgusting. And no scenario should I have to do that unless it is my own mess and it has never been my mess. There was a tine, literally in the hallway that I have to take every day to get to my apartment and delete my apartment that sat there for three weeks… There’s no excuse for this actually there’s no excuse for any of it.

The process of getting an apartment is quite extensive, but the price is unbeatable for a new unit. There are minor issues such as trash being left on the ground by other residents and the gym not being open 24/7, but the good definitely outweighs the bad. Additionally, they constantly host events to engage with residents and help us out with access to many resources.

The apartments look pretty and safe generally, but the halls are not clean enough. And I don’t like the messy people that leave the pool really dirty and listen too loud music on weekends, they must been seeing through the cameras and be punished because don’t fallow the rules of the building and make the rest of the tenants uncomfortable

Nice place to live very spacious and lively place inside. Staff is awesome! The pool is always full but it could be deeper but it’s nice! Parking is the only hassle here. People fight to be under the carport.

The noise from people above me is unacceptable. Everyday which make it uncomfortable being in the comfort of my home. The broke gate which gives anyone access to get in. The elevators being broke 2/3 days at a time instead of having an emergency company to fix that same day.
The people that leave trash outside their door, in the parking lot and spills coming off the elevator on the first floor. Residents need to be held accountable for their actions or I see these apartments going downhill if ...
nobody recognize or take action quick. LEASE VIOLATION will fix these problems for the ones that do respect the property and their place of living.

I'm very comfortable in my apartment. As a suggestion, I can mention that there's a need for benches and chairs in the playground area. It's also somewhat inconvenient not to have access to the living room.
