Security around here is pretty much non existent. None of the gates on my side of the complex lock. i’ve dealt with homeless addicts screaming nonsense outside my window more times than i can count.

As soon as one thing gets "taken care of", something else messes up. Currently (and for the entire 2 years that we've lived here) the fireplace is "broken". The damper rod isn't connected to the damper handle and there is air coming into my apartment making my electric bill ASTRONOMICAL. They don't care. They never have. They've gone through several mgt companies and the office is a hilarious revolving door or ineptitude. Save yourself the headache and just live elsewhere. I will be next year.

Disgusting, infested, maintenance is lazy my best friend has been living with a broken AC all summer and just gave birth they’ve been waiting to get approved for a new unit for over 2 months still no word the “new management” is just as bad as the old one. Also in a horrible neighborhood if you have kids do not move here. If you can help it don’t move here at all.

If there is an issue, they try to resolve it to the best of their abilities and try to make this the best place possible. Property management live on the premises along with the tenants! If there was any downside it would be some of upstairs neighbors do not understand there are individuals under them but this is sometimes the case no matter where one goes.

The good is they do work with you , I haven’t seen any bugs, pet friendly now the bad the air always stops working the sinks back up the after hours maintenance never answer pretty sure we have a mouse the neighbors always slam the doors people party and are loud everyone has a fireplace and hard floors and we have NONE of that we pay to much in my opinion for an apartment that all the stuff keeps breaking and the hinges on the doors are always coming loose and the paint is peeling

Have lived here for over a year and enjoy the apartment. Although the upstairs neighbors are loud and constant banging goes on, the rest of the apartment is very nice with a kitchen that has an electric stove and nice icebox, a fireplace, and huge bedrooms. The bedrooms are carpeted, while the living room, hallways, and kitchen have tile floors. Nice area to walk ones dogs. Close to an Embark bus stop, a lake, 7-11, and a Walmart. The schools are awesome. Highly recommend!

Horrible!!! You pay your bills on time and then they lose it and try to evict you, they claim to have cameras and security to keep us safe, that’s a lie! The bug infestation is disgusting, and people smoke in the apartments and they do nothing to fix the issues, I don’t recommend this place to anyone with kids!!!!!!!

This place is a nightmare! They literally offer $100 off the rent to make reviews lying for them about the condition of the apartments. In the 7 months that I have lived here they have found 2 dead bodies. One on the property and one right across the street. I've had both vehicles broken into and my neighbor had the back window on her vehicle shattered with a bullet hole. The other tenants hang out all hours of the night blaring music, selling drugs and doing drugs right out in the open. The ...
police seen "raiding" apartments out here is weekly. The maintenance people live on site but refuse to answer after hours maintenance calls. There is no longer security patrolling the property. My kids, as well as a few others cant even go outside to play the atmosphere is so dangerous! Please dont waste your money here and believe the paid off reviews!

Do NOT move here. So many problems since the apartment buildings are old. Have had flooding and mold problem for months and have called and asked to get things fixed so many times I practically have to beg them to come fix everything. Every time we have a problem with something getting fixed it's a nightmare. Moving out because of this issue.

Management is awesome when it comes to accommodating for individuals who has disabilities. When I first moved in a couple of months ago, there was not adequate parking spaces for individuals who had disabilities. Within the time I have lived here, the management has not only created parking spaces but also created additional ramps to be able to access the property They place the residents on their top priority list. Great management and friendly!
