Non-representative of all the apts
February 25, 2024The 1 bedrooms are not 700 sq. ft. The vacant apts have been updated while the old apts are falling apart, old fixtures bad plumbing. Maintenance is lacking in supplies to do needed work. Great pool, but that's the only amenity The outside is an improvement.Property Manager Responded

Horrible management, Dated!
August 2, 2019The buildings are extremely dated and poorly maintained. the rent is too high for their condition. the new apartment manager Heather is Rude and not helpful at all, they will not respond to emails or voicemails at all. The former apartment manager was great but they went in the wrong direction with the new one. Investing a little money updating these apartments would go a long way, maybe start with the popcorn ceilings. Get everything in Writing (which they try hard to avoid doing) them the terms ...agreed on verbally will change.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Parking Spaces
August 1, 2016I was inform that since a new owner has taken over, the parking spaces are being rented for $30.00 per month. This seems that it is against the law. You are paying rent for an apartment and also that should include the parking space.Property Manager Responded
