The staff is very nice, and maintenance is done routinely and with warning. Requested maintenance is also dealt with quickly. Snow/ice maintenance is very quick and was dealt with the morning after we got a few inches of snow late at night.

I haven't had AC for a few weeks, which I'm assuming is because they've been doing work on the system. I know it's winter, but I'd still like some communication about that so that I know when I'll have AC again. Beyond that, my time in the complex has been enjoyable.

Move in day was smooth again here. I had a lot of things, and did have to move it all up two flights of stairs, but luckilly people were there to help.The people here and the staff are very friendly, and the apartment does come with a decent amount of stuff.
