August 15, 2025Clean, safe, close to campus, secure parking and mailing. Way too random maintenance checks, scheduling has got to get better. Cost of laundry is 1.50 a load after 4 years I’ll have paid 930 roughly dollars on just that, which is the cost of an entire washer and dryer. Took away the ability to match with residents through an app where we communicate to eachother before hand, led to bad roommate situation but they left me move mid year to another unit.Review from Apartments.com
