November 29, 2025I haven't had AC for a few weeks, which I'm assuming is because they've been doing work on the system. I know it's winter, but I'd still like some communication about that so that I know when I'll have AC again. Beyond that, my time in the complex has been enjoyable.Property Manager Responded

August 15, 2025Clean, safe, close to campus, secure parking and mailing. Way too random maintenance checks, scheduling has got to get better. Cost of laundry is 1.50 a load after 4 years I’ll have paid 930 roughly dollars on just that, which is the cost of an entire washer and dryer.
