Office staff Harolin & Taryn are friendly, and informative and explained everything so well. Love the community and my apartment. Only wish they could do simple upgrades like the cabinets, and wall color. This is a great location and I love that is a smaller community.

It's been 5 months now, and I'm so pleased to say this is truly an amazing place to live. The staff is more than helpful, the residents keep to themselves, and an issues are handled immediately. I would recommend it over and over.

I have had crack in my master bath tub since October 2021 the office manager failed to follow up with unless I contact her, someone finally came out in February to "fix" the crack however this did not fix the problem I email the office manager and never got a response I had to visit the office to get an update - this office has poor customer service. I have been without my master bath tub going on 5 months

Everyone in the office is polite and helpful, maintenance guys are friendly and are very tentative, and the noise level is very low! Has a great area to walk your pets and is well lit up at night. Safety is not a concern at all!!!

I've lived here since 2018 and have gone through two sets of management. I must say that since the property split in half and became the Bennett Baytown, things have thoroughly improved. Amanda, the property manager, and Linda are the friendliest and most proactive bunch this property has had. They have been going above and beyond for us residents, especially now due to the pandemic.
