March 15, 2022I have had crack in my master bath tub since October 2021 the office manager failed to follow up with unless I contact her, someone finally came out in February to "fix" the crack however this did not fix the problem I email the office manager and never got a response I had to visit the office to get an update - this office has poor customer service. Great place to live!!!

Quiet living
October 5, 2020I've lived here since 2018 and have gone through two sets of management. I must say that since the property split in half and became the Bennett Baytown, things have thoroughly improved. Amanda, the property manager, and Linda are the friendliest and most proactive bunch this property has had. They have been going above and beyond for us residents, especially now due to the pandemic. Maintenance is efficient and the property is well kept... It’s quiet! I love the new plans that Amanda has for ...this property and cannot wait to see.Property Manager Responded
