Lovely place to live!
April 16, 2024I lived here for two years while attending UCB. It was a wonderful place to live with a great location right next to campus and a cafe. The amenities were amazing with study spaces throughout the building. The community itself is very welcoming with fun monthly events. Great place to live!
February 18, 2019I've lived here for 2 years and it is an amazing place to be! The location is one block away from campus and the leasing process is very convenient. Berk on College Review
February 18, 2019I have lived in the Berk on College for over a year now and am currently living in a triple with a private bathroom. Both the double suite and the triple rooms I’ve lived in are very spacious and are well furnished. The rooms all have desks, drawers, big closets, and even small drawers for each resident, in addition to microwaves and refrigerators. The private bathrooms are also very spacious and very clean because they are cleaned every few weeks. The Berk on College is very close to campus and ...the bus stop, which is very convenient. Not only that, the staff is very friendly and always makes sure they respond as soon as possible when a resident needs assistance. Triple with a private bathroom
February 16, 2019I live in a triple with a private bathroom and the room is very comfortable. It’s bigger than what I was expecting and considerably bigger than the rooms of actual dorms such as Blackwell. There are three drawers, a closet, a place to put your shoes and a table with four smaller drawers for each resident, as well as a microwave and a refrigerator for us to share. The room is cleaned every two weeks so you might want to organize cleaning schedules with your roommates. It is extremely close to the ...university, it’s a six minute walk to the Sather Gate, which is very convenient. My room is in front of the restaurant so it gets a bit noisy at night, in case you’re a light sleeper. The staff here is extremely friendly and are always ready to assist you. There’s a kitchen for the entire building (it’s important to note that it’s not always clean as the residents are responsible for that part) and a lounge with a television, ping-pong and pool table. Although it’s more expensive than sharing a regular apartment, it is cheaper than regular dorms and there’s the advantaged of being cleaned and if you’re trying to make friends there are always some kind of activity like movie night or an ice cream gathering for you to meet your fellow residents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
