About The Berkeley
Nestled in Fort Worth's prestigious Berkeley neighborhood, The Berkeley Apartments feature accommodations more reminiscent of townhouses than typical city apartments. Choose one, two or three bedrooms and your desired features and upgrades. On-site amenities include a fitness center and pool, so you’ll definitely want to schedule a tour soon. Located just south of Downtown Fort Worth, our apartments feature walk-in closets, attached garages and freestanding islands, just to name a few of the interior luxuries you’ll find. Other features include nine-foot ceilings, open layouts, black appliances, updated countertops (with upgrades available) and more. Choose a one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment in your desired square feet, from 673 to 1,376. As mentioned above, they feel more like townhomes than typical apartments. Enjoy a sprawling resort-style pool with lush landscaping and ample seating nearby. We have a large sauna attached to the pool and plenty of areas for relaxing with conversation as you unwind from your day. Or, if you prefer to let off some steam, we have an on-site fitness center with new cardio, yoga and weightlifting equipment, as well as plenty of room for floor exercises. Repeat A/C issues Every time my A/C had a problem, the lease specialists promptly addressed the problem and sent maintenance to investigate. I even had a lease specialist come over to assist me!!

Nothing gets done Nothing gets done, we just keep getting redirected to other people/things/companies. We have tried to have our garage fixed and have submitted 2 separate claims, gone into the office, had people look at it, and been told it will be fixed in a day or two 2 different times. Move in review I will say that once I showed up for my move in appointment in person, things were much easier to figure out and the staff was nice. However, leading up to move-in, getting in contact with someone was nearly impossible. I called many times, left messages, and received 0 calls back. I had many questions about my lease, and was receiving little to no information to work off of. I eventually received a move-in packet email (after my roommate called and asked why we hadn’t received ...
anything yet) which provided me with some information, but also advised me to complete some tasks that I later found out were not necessary to finish until I my move-in day. It seemed like there were some discrepancies between the information I was receiving by email and what was actually expected of me. For example, the email stated that our first rent payment was due 7 days before move-in, but once I picked up my keys I was told “it is easier to just wait until we meet in person” because I ended up overpaying. Another issue I faced was that I did not receive my leasing document to sign until I showed up to pick up my keys. I then had to wait for all four of the people that needed to sign my lease to answer, be able to stop what they were doing, and sign the documents in order to actually receive my keys. This meant the appointment to pick up my keys ended up lasting over 2 hours when I was told it would be 15 minutes. Now that I am settled into the apartment I am happy with the unit, but would have appreciated a better system before move-in day.

Terrible After 4 different maintenance requests. It was cancelled and closed without ever being fixed. Two service people have come back saying it needs to be serviced but never came back. My issue is still unresolved but was marked as resolved.

literally can not emphasize enough DO NOT LIVE HERE. there’s roaches they won’t take care of. our door lock has been broken for months that they won’t fix, that has led to multiple lock outs. there dog poop EVERYWHERE, including the hallways and staircases. there’s trash left out every day and it stinks.the management is entirely unhelpful and will not do anything to help you. messed up my lease multiple time with the wrong name (thank god i read through it). we found mold in our apartment that ...
