July 5, 2025I am on my third lease. I love the community events, and I enjoy the pool when I have time. The neighbors are friendly. We are close to the Beltway and near the mall. June 28, 2025I’ve been here since August 2024 and cannot say enough positive things about this community! I love it here!! From the day I walked into my apartment I felt like I was home. From the amenities available to the surrounding environment to the admin/maintenance staff…it’s been the absolute best most wonderful experience for me. I’m constantly bragging to my friends, especially those that live in homes about the advantages of where I live! No grass cutting/snow removal, no maintenance costs, onsite ...gym, walking distance to shopping, the pool, the dog spa, the events that happen here (the food trucks, the special events offered)…you can have it all!! June 21, 2025Cleanly halls and units and everyone is very nice. I will express a frustration with the leasing team - when I first moved in and was attempting to set up my internet service, there was little to no help with locating the system required to complete set up. The personal Verizon rep, the leasing office team and the maintenance rep were completely indifferent which resulted in me having to put in a service call costing me $100 for something that was easily resolved if the maintenance team would’ve ...accessed the unit.Property Manager Responded
