January 14, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI cannot stress enough how awful my experience has been living in this apartment. The management is unresponsive, and the smoking issue is absolutely intolerable. My neighbor smokes heavily, and despite my numerous complaints, management has done nothing to remedy the situation. The thick smoke seeps into our unit, making it impossible to breathe—especially in one of our bedrooms. I was ultimately forced to end my lease because I could no longer tolerate the conditions. I strongly advise anyone ...considering moving here to think twice. You will regret it. Do not stay in this apartment—find somewhere else where you can actually feel comfortable and live without the constant intrusion of secondhand smoke.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

We are in the process of eviction for the tenant in question causing the issues but King County is a slow process.
