October 3, 2024Don’t plan to move in on the day you get your keys. I’m my experience I arrived with multiple issues including my fridge not running, my patio door broken and the place being filthy. I expected the place to not be cleaned well but I didn’t expect it to not be cleaned at all.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2024The Beverley at Denton made our application process so easy! Shawanna was so friendly during our tour and gave us all the information needed. We applied right away and she was there to help us through every step. When we moved in the apartment was super clean and ready to go. Our maintenance requests are fixed right away.
