Nice Welcome Carrie invited me to come in for a conversation and a very quick tour because she had an appointment in 10 minutes. She managed to get all of that done graciously and impart a lot of information if the rest of the management is handled as well as she did, I hope to move in soon!

I'm always plesased with maintenence services at The Beverly. Jim and Tyler are prompt in responding, they are considerate and have the "know how" to fix, restore and as necessary, to replace the "parts" that residents need to be comfortable and safe in our homes.

heater and air con Jim and Tyler are staying on it. Not simple fix. I'herm confident they will solve the probem of overheating when thermostat is set at a low temperature.
Similarly, my dishwasher has black mold again. Not sure why, Jim is exploring options.
