April 17, 2025heater and air con Jim and Tyler are staying on it. Not simple fix. I'herm confident they will solve the probem of overheating when thermostat is set at a low temperature. Similarly, my dishwasher has black mold again. Not sure why, Jim is exploring options.Property Manager Responded
