April 17, 2025heater and air con Jim and Tyler are staying on it. Not simple fix. I'herm confident they will solve the probem of overheating when thermostat is set at a low temperature. Similarly, my dishwasher has black mold again. Not sure why, Jim is exploring options.Property Manager Responded

As you know, they have resolved the heating/cooling unit issue with a replacement PTAC unit so you can set everything at a comfortable temperature. I am happy to report that the dishwasher issue has been solved with the extra moisture left after the cycle is run. Thank you for giving the amazing maintenance team 5-stars!
