This apartment shows a lot of potential but doesn’t try.
February 27, 2023Overall this apartment shows a lot of promise but as it stands, it is not worth. With problem with roaches, black mold, and water damage, it’s considered a hazard to live here. This place needs to be gutted down and rebuilt as there are multiple things that need to be updated. They are literally just profiting on the location more than anything else. July 25, 2017I love living at Beverly. The manager is so sweet and helpful (although I wish your temps were more knowledgeable), maintenance is attentive, friendly, and professional. Every morning when I leave for work he is cleaning the lobby and wishes me a good day at work. I've seen him interact with other residents- the service is superb. The building is older, but the renovation is excellent. Residents are friendly as well; I have not ran into a sour-puss yet. Extremely happy to be living off Broadway ...(SUPER EXPENSIVE AREA, PEOPLE!) for such an affordable rate. No major complaints. You get what you pay for.Property Manager Responded

April 21, 2017Poorly up kept, poorly managed; this property is absolutely glowing with potential. Unfortunately, it would appear that Roscoe properties views it as an investment not worth maintaining. I've lived here for over a year and the issues of repairs damaged walls and fixtures in public spaces, enforcing already weak policies, and providing services that are billed monthly to residents (especially pest control) are ongoing and unresolved. In the past year I've dealt with: Cockroaches Assault from ...other residents Dog attacks Theft Vehicle Vandalism Constant tire damage from garbage in the Parking Lot Missing/Mishandled mail and packages and on and on and on. Do not rent here, or even slow down in this part of the block.Property Manager Responded
