    I am a current tenant and enjoy living at the bevy. I like that the location is near the library and a couple of nice places to eat. Management responds to emails , and the matience staff is very good

    The Property Management sucks!!!! The apartments are nice, but the lady managing sucks. She takes forever to reply back to fix problems and doesn't answer you until you have to email them 5 times! I like the old property management better.
