Attentive to Important Issues
February 12, 2026I have about 2 years living and the attentiveness to important mechanical issues when something in the apartment is not functioning properly is very good. When i have an issue with an appliance for whatever reason, they often show up quickly and actually fix the issue which i greatly appreciate especially when i have a family that needs things to work properly. I also appreciate their response to general complaints from the community and address it to everyone whether its through signs on doors ...or emails/messages.Property Manager Responded

We love it here!
February 12, 2026We have been at the Birches for a couple of years now. And it has been amazing. The office staff is very quick and they listen if you need anything. The community is very welcoming. Have been here for 2+ years
November 12, 2025I’ve been living here for 2+ years now. The maintenance is always spot on and very attentive. The office staff are beyond friendly and welcoming. The pool is always well kept in the summer and I always bring my friends and family to enjoy, some have been very tempted to apply to live! The workout center is awesome as well & the office center is great for when I have work to complete at home. It is minutes away from everything as well.
