July 28, 2016THEIFS AND LIERS! Do not rent from any BIRCHEZ apartments. When you move out they keep your security deposit and charge on addtl work by their employees as painting and the labor .THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW IN NYS! Won a small claims court case and they still have not paid me ! They are liars and theifs! You wonder where he pays out all these Christmas dinners he puts on is from the tenants he steals from ! Don't be a victim of this scum !Review from Apartments.com
